If, however, the ordered product does not meet your expectations, we will understandably accept its return.
1. Return conditions
The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging .
Please keep your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) .
Hygiene and cosmetic products (e.g. essential oils, soaps, massage oils) that have been opened or used are not accepted for return due to safety reasons.
2. Refund
The money will be refunded within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
The refund is made to the same account from which the payment was made.
Shipping costs are refunded only if the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly .
3. Damaged or incorrect goods
If the item you received is damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
We will take care of:
replacement with a new product,
or a full refund (including shipping).

Delivery to a parcel machine (Omniva, DPD, Venipak) – within 2 to 4 business days.
Courier delivery to your door – within 1 to 3 business days.
Pick-up on site at the “RĀ MA DA BA” center (by prior arrangement).
2. Delivery fee
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place an order.
For orders over €50 – free delivery throughout Latvia.
We calculate delivery costs abroad individually – write to us at info@ramadaba.lv .
3. Order processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Once your shipment has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number .
